very strong soup smell!!! ramen beginner should be careful

It was really "tonkotsu".I ordered a recommended set!The smell of pork bone is so good that you can see it just by passing it near the store.However, as a favorite of Tenichi's ramen, I wanted to eat more rich ramen.On the side of the set, "charmayo bowl" is also "gyoza".

Visited after 21:00 on weekdays. A set of beer and pork bone ramen about 1400 yen. What does it mean to have bubbles? I do not understand well, but the taste was very good. If anything, the taste is solid and the type is rich. The spicy takana is quite spicy and good.

Tried the same brand at Kyoto before, happy to tried the original one at Hakata. Pork bone broth, honesty the smell is not very presentable, however it was very tasty!!! I loved to add the soy sauce and sesame. I ordered a fried rice and added to the soup after I finished the noodle. Love it. The staff was very polite and helpful. Simply bought the ticket from machine and wait for 5 to 10 minutes, you can enjoy the taste of Hakata. Better eat fast because a lot of people walk-in.

Ikkosha visited before. As you can see in the picture, it is a pig bone.It is a noodle that feels like eating with a sardine with hard thin noodles, but it is surprisingly tasteful or refreshing though it is thin noodles.It is noteworthy that the sauce is a blend of soup from Fukuoka, but the koji is effective and the body is different.Pork bone punch and sauce punch develop an umami bombing battle in the mouth, and the sweetness and taste of the noodles are the best match like a refreshing agent.We have a chain, but it was a very high level ramen.

Taste is amazing! The soup is very strong, which met my personal preference. However I don't know why it is kind of stinky.
